PEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.

Sales Tax:  All items sold to Canadian customers are subject to GST. 

Paying for your order:  We accept all major credits cards, certified cheques and money orders. 

Returns:  Most items can be returned within twenty days of date of purchase. Some items are non-returnable. Items that can be returned must be in the original shrink-wrap and returned to us in new condition.  Credit will be issued for product only, unless the return is due to our error.  A shipping and handling charge of $8.00 will not be refunded.  Please contact us before shipping the item back so that we can provide a Customer Return Number.  Make sure to include this CR# with the return.  Returns must be sent in freight pre-paid and must be packed in a padded envelope or box to prevent damage.

Backorders:  We make every effort to stock enough inventory so that backorders are kept to a minimum.  However, from time to time, any title may be unavailable from our suppliers. We ship backorders as soon as we receive the product.  You will be notified soon after sending in an order via email or phone in case of a backorder. 

Freight:  There is one low freight fee to most addresses in Canada.  Some addresses in the North West Territories, and other extreme rural locations in Canada, may be subject to an additional freight fee.  We would contact you if your address is one of the locations that require additional freight.

Purchase orders:  Please call us if you wish to issue a purchase order for a purchase. 

New old stock:  Some manuals or books may show signs of age such as dust and discolouring. These manuals are new but may not be a popular product and as such may sit on the shelves for a longer period of time.  These manuals cannot be returned because they do not look new.
